Project Programming

With drawings produced on up-to-date Auto CAD software and detailed specifications, competitive tenders are able to be obtained to ensure that each project is achieved within budget and undertaken by building contractors with a proven track record. Where necessary, SJ Surveyors Ltd can recommend approved specialist consultants to provide additional services as may be required by each individual project.

Once works have started on site, SJ Surveyors Ltd able to provide regular site supervision to address any issues that may arise and to ensure that the standards of workmanship are maintained. Site inspections can be arranged on a frequency to suit the client’s requirements.

We can also undertake interim valuations of the works in progress to ensure that stage payments to the contractor accurately reflect the progress of the works undertaken.

On completion of the works, we will undertake ‘snagging’ inspections to identify any minor defects in workmanship and thus ensure that the finished work meets the client’s expectations.
